Being received by Amazon. 360 of the 608 units are checked in so far, and a further 25 units are in transit on the second WB01 booking.

USSV02-JUL (Part 1)

Receiving. 1,435 units checked in against 1,430 sent.

USSV02-JUL (Part 2)

Receiving. 1,410 units checked in against 1,412 sent.

USSV02-JUL (Part 3)

Receiving. 1,442 units checked in against 1,462 sent.

Parts 1 and 3 had not started moving last week. All three parts are now receiving, finally with all units accounted for.

US inbound, Central and East Coast

Confirmed Central and East Coast inbound for the US now the 3PL sits in Ohio, and pointed Rida at the recorded FBA costs.

Damp Seal White 500ml

Barcode issue still open. Sam and Kay are working with the account manager on it daily.

Burnside will relabel 408 units with the ASIN barcode so they can go into Amazon while the final cases are with Amazon, as Lucas wants this moving. Dispatch expected next week. Pattern still has stock.

Masonry Black 500ml

Same barcode issue. 120 units have been sent into Amazon with the ASIN barcode while the fix is worked through.

Clear Lacquer 1 Litre

Only limited quantities can be sent in. Amazon has the product classified as non dangerous when it should be dangerous goods.

FBA claims and reimbursement

£553.39 has been repaid for 5 of the 9 shipments. The other 4 are still being worked on.

Asked Seorge to check whether the missing units include Dampseal 500ml White, Masonry Paint Black 500ml and Clear Lacquer 1 Litre, as we most likely will not have sent those.

A high level update on the cases will go out every Friday, with Naveen tagged.

Batch 14, first wave lands Monday

The September wave is 54,494 units across 129 UK SKUs and 33,276 units across 66 US SKUs.

The rest of Batch 14 follows in three more waves: October 20,624 UK and 14,482 US, November 26,513 UK, December 14,066 UK and 4,343 US.

Batch 14 replenishment plan, UK and US

Reviewed with Kazim. It carries Rida's Prime Day numbers as well as the eVenturing and Amazon suggestions.

• SOP sent: eVenturing will create all future shipments and Seorge will communicate them to the 3PL

1 Litre & 2.5 Litre Waterproofing Sealant

Coming off the plan while the reimbursement and the samples are settled.

• Remove from Container Plan for October
• Reimbursement from TTI (Batch 14), since the product would be defective due to the rust
• Samples from Batch 14 (1 Litre and 2.5 Litre) requested for Catherine to test
• Removed from the FBA shipment replenishment plan

TTI: our labels rather than printed cans

Kazim to ask TTI about putting our labels on silver or white cans instead of printed cans.

Also asking whether the MOQ on spray paints is flexible, so we do not have to pay the full amount. This is a cashflow point.

TTI China, six month outlook

Kazim to share our projections for the next 6 months so TTI know our numbers.

WB (water based) direct from China

Kazim to explore sending WB products straight from China into Amazon UK, skipping the UK warehouse leg.

US DG storage for spray and paint

Sam suggested asking for 60% more than we plan to send, so the limit does not need raising again in Q4.

Sent the DG storage document to Sam for Rose. Flammable 336.14 ft3 (86.00 + 250.14) and Aerosol 1,899.35 ft3 (354.00 + 1,545.35).

Pattern stock and Buy Box

Pattern holds the Buy Box on 97 listings, 54 of which are discontinued lines.

The last update from the Pattern portal was 8 September.

Multipack SKUs: Direct to Rust Gloss Black

Make sure the multipack listing carries the old infographics, the old renders and the A+ content.

Courier for FBM

Chased Seb for an update, as we want to launch our Feltseal FBM.

Still waiting on APC prices, and we need to find a solution for LQ products since the maximum is 5L outer.

3PL and direct shipping

Emailed Seb to clarify that APC should not have a restriction. Our product will not exceed 5L per inner packaging, since our items are 4 x 2.5 Litre for 10L, or 12 x 500ml.

Seb confirmed the LQ service cannot ship anything bigger than 5L, but WB liquid is fine.

Kay to investigate further.

UAE stock: Radiator Satin Anthracite, SKU 1144-1

64 boxes at Burnside. Emailed Burnside, and sent Seb a follow up on Friday.

• Create a new SKU, separate from the parent, to sell it on its own, keeping the old infographics
• Add the RAL colour and the old packaging, at 35.99 for a pack of 6
