Booked into BHX4 for a 4 to 11 October window. 1,216 units across 24 SKUs. The first two attempts at this booking were cancelled and rebooked on 11 September.

Booked into EUK5 for a 4 to 10 October window. 1,569 units across 30 SKUs.

AMZ-EVE010-SEP26-WB01 and SV01

Both shipments were sent to Burnside on Wednesday 16 September, ready to be picked and collected.

USSV02-JUL, all three parts

All three parts are checked in in full. Part 1 1,450 units against 1,430 sent, Part 2 1,414 against 1,412, Part 3 1,443 against 1,462.

4,307 units received against 4,304 sent, so the shipment is effectively complete and can be closed off.

USA container numbers

Ran through the numbers on the USA container with Tom.

US inbound, Central and East Coast

Central and East Coast inbound is confirmed now the 3PL sits in Ohio, and Rida has the recorded FBA costs.

Damp Seal White 500ml

Barcode issue still open. Sam and Kay are working with the account manager on it daily.

Burnside will relabel 408 units with the ASIN barcode so they can go into Amazon while the final cases are with Amazon, as Lucas wants this moving. Dispatch expected next week. Pattern still has stock.

Masonry Black 500ml

Same barcode issue. 120 units have been sent into Amazon with the ASIN barcode while the fix is worked through.

Clear Lacquer 1 Litre

Only limited quantities can be sent in. Amazon has the product classified as non dangerous when it should be dangerous goods.

FBA claims and reimbursement

£553.39 has been repaid for 5 of the 9 shipments. The other 4 are still being worked on.

Asked Seorge to check whether the missing units include Dampseal 500ml White, Masonry Paint Black 500ml and Clear Lacquer 1 Litre, as we most likely will not have sent those.

A high level update on the cases will go out every Friday, with Naveen tagged.

Batch 14, first wave

The September wave was due on Monday 15 September: 54,494 units across 129 UK SKUs and 33,276 units across 66 US SKUs.

Three waves to follow: October 20,624 UK and 14,482 US, November 26,513 UK, December 14,066 UK and 4,343 US.

Batch 15 order review

The Batch 15 order review with Kazim is still to happen.

Multipack options for other lines

Asked Kazim to review multipack options for the rest of the range, with the multipack sales so far attached.

5 of the 17 packs have sold since they went live, 18 units and £1,119.82.

1 Litre & 2.5 Litre Waterproofing Sealant

Coming off the plan while the reimbursement and the samples are settled.

• Remove from the Container Plan for October
• Reimbursement from TTI on Batch 14, since the product would be delisted
• Samples to be sent for the reformulated version

TTI: our labels rather than printed cans

Kazim to ask TTI about putting our labels on silver or white cans instead of printed cans.

Also asking whether the MOQ on spray paints is flexible, so we do not have to pay the full amount up front.

Closed off Pattern's Brand Registry access for UK and US, changed from Brand Rep to Reseller.

US DG storage for spray and paint

The DG storage document is with Sam for Rose. Flammable 336.14 ft3, asking for 60% more than we plan to send so the limit does not need raising again in Q4.

Pattern stock and Buy Box

Pattern holds the Buy Box on 97 listings, 54 of which are discontinued lines.

Discontinued items have gone to Rida to decide where we need to win the Buy Box back from Pattern.
