New listing checks sent to Lucas on 9 Oct: 6 of 32 new UK listings complete (render, infographics, bullets, Brand Story and A+), 0 of 21 multipacks. The rest are mostly waiting on their offer going live or on Brand Story and A+.
Multipack fixes flagged: Damp Seal packs of 8 and 12 show Felt Seal infographics, Felt Seal Black 500ml pack of 12 shows the Clear label, LeakFix Liquid Rubber Clear 500ml pack of 12 shows a single tin.
Lucas uploaded the Line Marker renders and image stacks on 9 Oct and adds them to ads once live. Old A+ stays, new SKUs get premium A+. Brand story needs the old modules from Anne.

LeakFix Liquid Rubber White, US launch
Context Rida's research on adding White to our US LeakFix Liquid Rubber listing, sent to Tom and Kay on 8 Oct with the full deck.
- Demand is strong: the core US market sells about 13.1K units and $1.11M a month, and White is 72% of that (about $805K and 9,100 units)
- The Liquid Rubber brand holds about 52%, but new brands break in fast: SENVEN sells about 891 units a month with only 182 reviews
- Recommend White 1 Litre at $27.99 and 5 Litre at $69.99, live by February 2027 for the spring RV season
- Add White to our current listing so it starts with 3,061 ratings, and run PPC on RV roof coating terms. Watch the 4.1 star rating (category average 4.4)
- Kay asked Rida (9 Oct) whether a White RV Roof Coating should launch alongside it
Next Tom to decide. Review the negative reviews before White joins the listing.

- Damp Seal barcode solved by the new ASIN, Masonry Black still blocked
- Expiry: Amazon reads the batch code as the expiry date
Next eVenturing to escalate the barcode case and find the EVE010 water based stock.

Latest update Fri 9 Oct: no updates yet on any of the 4 issues.
- Escalating Barcode fixes: Damp Seal White and Masonry Black 500mlTue 6 Oct: Amazon says fixed, nothing changes and the case closes. Damp Seal moves to a new ASIN, so only Masonry Black is still blocked. eVenturing to escalate if no reply in a couple of days.
- eVenturing checking EVE010 water based: delivered, not checked inDelivered 24 Sep but not checked in on Amazon. eVenturing investigating, along with 1,400 Anti Mould 500ml units that have not checked in either (Tue 6 Oct).
- Waiting on eVenturing Expiry removals on 2 SKUsAmazon reads the batch code as an expiry date. The tin states a 24 month shelf life. Tue 6 Oct: Amazon contact chasing, catalogue team checking both SKUs. Case ID 13294823292.
- Relabel quoted SKU 1129: wrong barcodes on old stockAmazon removal return of LeakFix Black 400ml had Clear barcodes. Burnside received 113 of 133 units, relabel quoted £95.46. Chase Amazon for the other 20.
Adhoc
Website: new and updated product pages
New and updated pages on polarcoatings.co.uk (8 to 9 Oct). Prices match Amazon, copy mirrors the Seller Central listings and each size links to its Amazon listing.
- Bathroom Paint (new page: 100ml, 1L, 2.5L, 5L, added to the menu)
- LeakFix Liquid Rubber (old LeakSeal page replaced: Clear 500ml to 5L, Grey 1L to 5L, reviews kept)
- LeakFix Fibred Roof Coating (new page: Black 1L and 5L, Grey 1L, added to the menu)
- Flawless Clear Lacquer (new 1 Litre in Gloss, Matt and Satin)
- Metallic Spray Paint (new Silver 400ml and 6 x 400ml)
Bathroom Paint: one coat or two?
The tin says One Coat Coverage, but the Amazon bullets and infographics say 2 coats.
Anne confirmed 8 Oct: it is one coat coverage. Catherine put 1 to 2 coats on the back label for safety, so customers don't blame the paint if one coat isn't enough.
Keep One Coat Coverage as the USP, with 1 to 2 coats as the recommendation. The second coat is optional.
