Latest update Thu 15 Oct: Flawless Lacquer Matt can sprayed black, bin check requested (case 13390979502). Wed 14 Oct: EVE010 water based checked in (1,661 of 1,671), so it comes off. No reply from Amazon yet on barcodes or expiry.
- Raised with TTI Flawless Lacquer Matt sprays blackA customer bought Flawless Lacquer Matt (Pack of 1) and the test spray came out black. The batch code on the can is DTR400AS260420, a Direct to Rust code, so Direct to Rust may be in Lacquer cans. Kay requested a bin check (15 Oct) to see if it is one can or the whole batch. Calvin sent TTI a first notice on 16 Oct (SKU 1118, B09DQ29WZZ) and asked for their SOP on checking that cans hold the right contents, plus an improvement plan. Case ID 13390979502.
- Escalating Barcode fixes: Damp Seal White and Masonry Black 500mlDamp Seal moves to its new ASIN, so only Masonry Black is still blocked. Lucas (13 Oct): still no reply from Adarsh at Amazon. China will not hold buffer stock, so the £45k buffer is dropped. Final PO sent 13 Oct to ship end of October or first week of November.
Replenishment
Rida (12 Oct): stock cover is fine to the end of October. In-season lines get bigger sends from now on. New replenishment plan to eVenturing this week.

Context Old US stock sits at 2 ATS warehouses with monthly charges.

- Moving quotes (HazMat truck): Ladson to Cincinnati $2,700, Fairfield to Cincinnati $1,097
- Ladson: 1,693 boxes on 4 SKUs still unsellable pending test. ATS still checking whether the test carton to Catherine ever shipped
- Kazim: only 1128-2 and 1128-4 are needed for FBA, and they need relabelling, so move everything to Proxi and relabel there
- Fresh Brew: Clean Harbors quoted to collect and dispose of it once the back storage is paid

- Demand is strong: the core US market sells about 13.1K units and $1.11M a month, and White is 72% of that (about $805K and 9,100 units)
- The Liquid Rubber brand holds about 52%, but new brands break in fast: SENVEN sells about 891 units a month with only 182 reviews
- Recommend White 1 Litre at $27.99 and 5 Litre at $69.99, live by February 2027 for the spring RV season

Test selling Feltseal direct (MFN) from Burnside stock: Black 500ml (72 units) and Grey 2.5L (376 units).
Burnside will not ship live sales by DPD or Royal Mail as they don't accept this product, so it goes by APC. Seb sent the APC rates on 14 Oct and Veeqo can connect to their portal.
